Post 5 - Changes to my study programme

Hello, welcome to a new post!

Today I will talk to you a little bit about my psychology program of study.

The truth is that it is difficult for me to point out any changes that can be made in the curriculum, I think it is quite complete and prepares us in a good way to become good professionals. I think it was one of the reasons why I decided to join this university, so you could say that I like it. 

On the other hand, if we refer to the academic load and the duration of the studies, I think the program is quite demanding, it presents weekly readings in almost all subjects and different evaluations are made constantly, I guess in order to stimulate our learning. I think most would agree that the academic load should be less, but all of us who entered knew what we were getting into.

As for the facilities, I think that, all in all, we have a good infrastructure. We have the necessary tools and spaces to nurture and complement our learning in a good way. In addition, we have Wifi that, although it is not perfect, covers most areas of the university and is of great help to perform our respective tasks, either on our own computers, or on those provided by the campus.

Finally, I think that the teaching methods are to my liking. The truth is that the university has incredible professionals. My professors do an excellent job and I think it's great because most of them do it from experience and with a super dynamic and natural method that is vital for us to understand what we are being taught.

Post 4 - Time Travel to the past or future.

Hello everyone! Welcome to a new post. Today I will talk to you about time travel.

If I could travel back in time, I think I would do it to the past, mainly to witness some historical events. While it is intriguing to know how everything will be in a few more years or it seems tempting to know some things before to take advantage of it at the time of returning, I think traveling to the past would provide a unique opportunity to experience firsthand spectacular events that we only know from history books. 

I consider that going to the future, although it undoubtedly gives you many positive things, would mean presenting yourself in a reality with many changes, somewhat different and unknown, of which you may not feel part of because you probably missed many things by skipping along the way. 

In a journey to the past, in which we are given the opportunity to choose the era we want to go to, we have an incredible range of options. In my case, I would go to the colonial era of our lands to live and contemplate with great enthusiasm the intense historical period. I would like to stay as long as it takes to see if this humble and insignificant man could change something in history. 😆

Post 3 - My dream job.

Hello everyone, welcome to a new post. Today I will tell you about my dream job.

I think that, if we stick to reality and to the present, without a doubt, I would say that my dream is to be a psychologist. There is a reason why I am studying psychology, besides it has been what I expected and that keeps me quite excited.

But if we escape a bit of logic and dare to imagine a different reality, maybe I would say that my dream job was to be a soccer player. 

If you have seen my previous posts you will realize the close relationship I have with this sport, in fact, I practiced it for many years but a number of factors prevented me from moving forward. I think if a couple of things had happened differently I would have continued on this path.

Landing back in reality, I am really very happy with the career I am studying, I can't wait to continue learning to be able to practice the profession as soon as possible. For this job I have to acquire a lot of knowledge and develop my communication skills, because I don't know which psychological line of work I will take, but without a doubt, I will have to relate to people who need it and give them the best of me. At the moment I am not thinking about money or travel, but I think that work will be enough to have some stability.

Post 2 - The best holidays

Hello again! This time I will tell you about my best vacation. It was not very difficult to decide since, for me, on this occasion and without exaggeration they were practically perfect. 

This was the summer of 2021, together with my parents and my siblings we traveled to the fifth region and rented a little house for a few days. This time it was very special since we were all able to go. My dad doesn't usually go with us because he doesn't usually get a vacation at work. In addition, we were accompanied by our pet, the family's sweetheart, who could not be left out of the trip. 

For a week we were enjoying different panoramas. In the mornings we went for a walk and visited new places. And in the afternoon we went to the beach. Together with my brothers we enjoyed swimming in the sea, and of course, playing ball or paddle ball on the shore.

We had a great time, and just a few days before returning, some cousins came to stay in the same town. So we were able to share and enjoy. It was really great.

POST 1- A country you would like to visit.

Hello everyone, welcome to my first post. 

Today I will tell you about the country I would like to visit. I would really like to know more than one, but the truth is that if there is a particular nation that generates me a lot of illusion, I'm talking about Spain. To be honest, the main reason that motivates me is because of soccer, I am a real fan of FC Barcelona and one of my dreams is to witness a game at Camp Nou, it would be really amazing. 

I would love to live there, either for study purposes, vacations, or if there is the possibility, to stay permanently. I like the Spanish culture in general, I like their accent very much and there are great Spanish public figures that I follow that give me a good impression of the way people are. According to the information I have, the city has some really beautiful beaches that deserve to be visited and a gastronomy with a great prestige that deserves to be tasted.
